that is the question!
Am I the only grown azz woman in the USA who has never learned to utilize the above contraption?
I admit it! I don't know how to BBQ!
I do own a grill, have BBQ utensils & er'thing, just never learned how or had the desire to learn to use them.
I thought I would've had a husband by now & that would be his job. (Boyfriend 2.0 is history.)
As of now, I'm taking applications for a BBQ tutor....preferably of the tall, dark & handsome persuasion....but hey, I'll take what I can get!
I never had to work one because my Peoples like to do it...but I know how to work it.
ReplyDeleteIf you knew that being able to BBQ would gain you a better chance of finding a husband, would ya learn?
ReplyDelete*evil grin*
So you just got stuff just sitting around that is pending a mate you expected to come with the products?
*blank stare*
Taking what you get should include some charchol and a reality check!
respect
No you are not the only woman I've never done it either. But I plan to learn one of these days!!!
ReplyDeleteYou damn right!
ReplyDeleteJust so YOU know the reality is, I have NO desire to learn.
*giggles*
ReplyDeleteLookin at a certain persons comments and am glad that Im not connected.... sheesh somepeople dont know what to and what NOT to say..... Anywho.... Its really not that hard to do.... been cookin on the grill for years myself..... I dont like to do it but I know how........
ReplyDeleteNeither am I! LMAO
ReplyDeleteGIRL... ridiculous... then to follow it with RESPECT like thats a damn bandaid and will make everything that preceded it better... WTFFFFF!!!!!!???????
ReplyDeleteI can't stand you. You have all the gadgets and don't use them. Da hell? Did you try it out or what....I see I need to add St Louis on my list of places to visit. I am a barbequer for life. I do not use paper or other agents to start a fire either. Nor to I par boil meat. Yuck
ReplyDeleteCome June 3, the door is open! :)
ReplyDeleteNot tall or handsome...but I say go for it. I think it's kinda fun and as long as you wait until your fire cools off just a tad (as not to burn everything to a complete crisp) you'll do fine.
ReplyDeleteThat is the same person that I am not connected to that said I look I'd be arrested for solicitation and then followed it with RESPECT. I fell out laughing.
ReplyDeleteSame here. A good fire and nicely seasoned raw meat. That's what's needed for a good Que.
ReplyDeleteSMH now you already know......I can't do that
ReplyDeleteI don't dabble in BBQ'ing either, but I can cook it once someone gets the fire and stuff going. Shoot, I'm not letting my wig go up in flames!
ReplyDeleteLMAO!!! I need that laugh!!!
ReplyDeletecmon ladies it is easier than U think,,,
ReplyDeleteand depending on what flavor U want in your meats U can use charcoal or wood...
key is to not use TOO much lighter fluid, leaves a bad seasoning taste in the meats...
i say start with a big bag of charcoal and run a couple test runs... sh!t go to youtube or google... U can learn anything on the net
I'm so excited to learn. Grill vegetables, grill fish, especially chicken!!! I love a good grilled piece of chicken. Play with marinades, and flavors.
