I'm hoping to shed some lbs, inches, water-weight, thigh-fat or whatever when the heat index reaches 108 today!

    i say try the www.sparkpeople.com which has free exercise videos and a free diet plan when you sign up. Go for it.

    Drink WATER. Work out 3-5 days a week, 30 minutes minimum. Do the work, the weight will fall!

  2. Let me know how that works out.. Im looking for a all natural, do no exercise, eat what i want, and still lose weight kinda diet plan.. I just cant seem to find it yet.. lol
