I saw this on the news the other night. I wanted to crawl through the TV and whoop his ass myself. If I was Grandma I think I would have taken my chances with the Po Po cause that boy's ass would have been mine right there in the street with the cameras rolling.

Someone saw them & called the police & reported a car being driving by someone who appeared too small to drive. Lots of property damage, but no one got hurt. He thinks his punishment should be a weekend without video games.....*blank stare*
