I know that I have lucked up at local credit unions. So, if you are in an area with a credit union close by, I would try them also. When all else fails, I go and make a small debit purchase somewhere that I can get cash back. At least I don't have to pay a fee.
Ok Monni.. what the fried clam strips do you need to know this for... planning on going to some strip club and need the lowest denomination bills... Well let me tell you... Big Earl the Juicy Lova don't need nothing over a dolla and thats even too much.. lol

There's a Wells Fargo ATM machine that dispenses $10 bills, as well as another location that I can't remember where it's at. I think it's a Citibank ATM.
that would be great but i don't know of any either...i know that am getting annoyed by these high fees 3.00 dollars some places want for me to take MY money out of there machine lol
When I worked for JP Morgan Chase the employee ATM located at Metrotech dispensed 1, 5 and 10s....it worked out well on those days you had 7.52 in your bank account lol
Bank of America does at some locations. I have even seen a Wachovia that dispenses 5s.
