I'm not ashamed to say I'm sitting here boo-hooing right along with the bride-to-be & most of the other ladies. The gents are manning up & holding back the tears.
Black Love IS alive and kicking!! My faith has once again been restored. ...y'all know I tend to lose it every now & again.
I get so emotional watching those shows also...lol.
ReplyDeleteYou're right and I agree... Black love is beautiful....
ReplyDeleteBut take you butt to sleep heffa... lolb
I most definitely agree that Black Love is still alive and kicking. I don't think I had ever given up on it even if I do see that statistics rule most of how we view things (more openly our future). I know that there is someone out there for those of us that seek marriage in the nearest of futures. I missed that show I wonder if it's coming on again so i can Autotune it. I love shows like this it always keeps me on my toes plus i love love.
ReplyDeleteI agree, and I am not settling until I get that Black Love.
ReplyDeleteBlack love is a beautiful and powerful thing. When you find that special someone who awakens your soul, ignites your passions and stimulates both the mind and body, you know that you are in love. I have to say, that as of this moment, that i've been blessed beyond measure for I'm in love with a wonderful man. It just goes to prove that good black men are not hard to find. Sometimes they find you. Sigh..
ReplyDeleteAnd this is exactly why I am in no rush Sistah. And many blessings on your union.
ReplyDelete(hugs)...Ty. You know what they say...the best things come to those who wait.

ReplyDeleteYou crack me up, Mo! HA! Black love is alive, lady! We're only exposed to the negative all the dang gone time.
ReplyDeleteThere has to be away to change all of that. Wouldn't it be nice if we had a TV show that focused on strong marriages and how they keep the fire burning? Wake up BET. **MESSAGE** Ha!
