  1. Having a panic attack is the worst feeling ever. About a year or so ago, I was having them on the regular because (like the article said) I was going through some drastic changes in my life. It felt as though I was dying and afterwards I would just cry for hours. That has to be one of the worst feelings that i've ever experienced. I'm not sure when they stopped or what made them stop but I was just thankful that they went away.

  2. I had them after my mother & sister were killed. I can't tell you how many times I couldn't breathe & thought, "This is it!" My boyfriend at the time was super supportive & I honestly don't know what I would've done without him.
