- Own it! - Resist the urge to blame others.
- Correct it! - Take whatever action necessary to fix it.
- Apologize for it! - A humble apology demonstrates that you understand the seriousness of the mistake and accept responsibility for it.
- Take preventative measures! - Analyze what contributed to this mistake & take whatever steps you can to prevent it from happening again.
Remember, we are only human. To err is human, but to repent is divine!
I need for my boss to see this. He will not Own up to a damn thing!!!
ReplyDeleteI had a boss like that. Bastard would never admit to being wrong or even say I'm sorry. If and when he was proven wrong, his next statement was, "At any rate..."
ReplyDeleteNegro please!
You should have hurled a brick at him. Wait, that is becoming my solution to everything, I should probably work on that lol
ReplyDeleteAnger management for you!!!! LOL
ReplyDeleteSeriously for some people saying "Oooopppssss is such a huge ordeal". My boss is the type of man he refuses to acknowledge when he messed up, but when you mess up, he hold it over your head FOREVER!!!
ReplyDeleteThat's because to him he's not wrong, but you have a problem with perception, and that's not his problem.......lol
ReplyDeleteYou gotta love the ego, an amazing creation.
Hope your Friday fabulous.
