I'll Always be There for You - Anquette

Lawd, I used to love this song (now you know my shame). I would sing it to my 1st love. Shut up San, Kenny & Dee! LMAO

I never met a person quite like you
Someone that makes me feel loved
I wanna be the one that you are thinking of
The one that brightens your day

Because there’s nobody else
That can do the things you do
Forever I’ll be there for you
So when you feel the need to love
Let me be the one you’re thinking of
Because I will make it so right

Forever {Forever} and ever {And ever}
I will always be there for you
Forever {Forever} and ever {And ever}
I will always be there for you, baby
I promise

I’ve got to tell you what I feel in my heart
I wrote this song just to say
No one’s ever gonna love me, nobody but you
I’m yours from this very day

Because there’s nobody else
That can make me feel the way you do
I promise I’ll always be true
So when you feel the need to love
Let me be the one you’re thinkin’ of
Because I will make it so right

Forever {Forever} and ever {And ever}
I will always be there for you {I will always be there for you}
Forever {Forever} and ever {And ever}
I will always be there for you {I will always be there for you}

Forever {Forever} and ever {And ever}
I will always be there for you, baby

To be with you is all I ever hoped for
You can teach me so very much {I will always be there for you}
And I can show you a few things too (I will always be there for you)
Yeah, I guess it’s true what you said about the other night
You know, about me growin’ into a woman {I will always be there for you}
But it’s not just me, we’re growing (Boy, just call out my name)
But I wanna let you know (Listen, boy)
No matter how far away you go, rain or shine {I will always be there for you}
I’m yours and you’re mine
And I’ll always be there for you

Boy, just run to me ‘cause there’ll, uh-uh
There’ll never be another, no, uh, uh, uh
There’ll never be another for me {I will always be there for you}

  4. It got radio play back in '86-'87 and it was always on Channel 58 (remember the free video channel where you could request vids for $.99 each?).

  7. Scuse me...How was channel 58 free but you'd request videos for .99?

  8. Free as in you didn't need cable to get the channel (was on a UFH or VHF signal) & the vids played 24/7.

  11. It was a 900 number & was automatically charged to the phone you called from. Needless to say a lot folks got a 900 block on their phone after getting their bills.
