Speaking of corn...have you ever had an elote? The mexicans in my part of town sell them in these food carts along the street. They steam the cob on stick, then coat it with mayonnaise, butter, parmesan cheese, and cayenne pepper. That stuff is soooooooo good! First when I tried it I couldn't fathom putting mayo on some corn, but I was won over!
Hmmm... never had that. Although I like mayo, I don't know about eating it on corn. Sounds like it would make for some very loose bowels. (I need to stay off Kris' blog. LOL)
