Me? For a Monday, I'm feeling fine & looking sassy (per several people today)! Hell, I might even take a short walk to see if I can attract the attention of somebody's sexy son. I'm feeling just that damn fierce right now.

I'm alright. Hell, I'm ALIVE. But it would be better if it wasn't a rainy Philly day. Anyway, It's not TOO bad because these bad ass kids won't be out.

ReplyDeleteSo I go to pick up Tom & Jerry (aka Deja & Daria) and we go get Chinese carryout. There's a STL police officer in line in front of us. He places his order & moves to the side. I step up to do the same. Deja tries to whisper, "Auntee Monni, that man is looking at you." I try to ignore the child and finish handling my business, but she will not be ignored. She says again..just a little louder.
I turn around & sure as I stood there Officer Friendly was checking me out. I gave him the flirty eyes & he replies with, "Your daughters are cute." I correct him. "My nieces..my son is grown." (Y'all know I like to toss that one around.) We exchanged a few more pleasantries & phones numbers and were on our way.
The twins are sniggling & giggling like there's no tomorrow. There are too young to know that ole auntie still got game.
Yes sir.....today was a good day.
